The biggest problem is shooting is OP. The rec squad shots 70%from 3 and I lose. Game my PG goes 11/11 from 3 and we win. This should not be NBA 2K works. That is fucking bullshit. Hands up competition is broken. The time when I help and proceed for a hands upward competition my man does nothing. Speed boost dribbling is OP and unrealistic. The guards shouldn't be in a position to spam 15 dribble moves in a row and still be able to zoom dunk and beyond. That is unrealistic and unfair to shield against. This goes double for those bigs.
Players shouldn't phase through every other. So many breakdowns or rebounds bc I was phased through by them. Should not be missing easy layups bc there is a guy nearby. Reputation dip is broken. We need a dunk input bigs block it and stop going for slo mo at which the D has the time to run 24, leaning shots. We should be jumping up to dip since we are open. Same problem with dunks but to some far level. If we've 99 vertical I should not be getting jumping animations or ends up getting blocked. That is bullshit.
NBA 2K sucks because of the community. The entire"aggressive" community pretty much just considers dribbling and shooting to be skillful, everything else is just a bailout. Since they are those who purchase VC and post on/watch YouTube 2K caters to them. Also they'd rather hit a 3 then giving their bigman 2 buckets which mathemathically makes no sense. This is cute but when I enter the rec I shouldnt be forced to wait 5 minutes simply to eb able to back out because your garbage game can't find 4 others to pair me with. Rec is beyond god degree unless we're 5 people I really cant stand randoms generally, rec endure anymore.
You can get in NBA 2K at rec though. I catch NBA 2K in park due to the chasers leaping off the place or not wanting to play with me since my rep is too low for these. I ought to be able to have matches with an A teammate tier and a win percentage even if I have only played like 10 playground matches. Well u enter NBA 2K then hear ur arbitrary 9 year old playmaking shot founder teammate begins yelling and attempts 5 smothered fades un think why did u even bother playing rec.
Personally, I do not enjoy how much no pub boosts your shooter (I use no pub ). Sure it kinda makes sense for builds can locks that are complete green with a 50 something although that may shoot 3 chunk. Whilst playing shit by obtaining badge smh I'm also kinda broken on takeover booster, elites get bailed. And Legend VIP should not be able to take off people streak receive the first for second, two of my friends got knocked with a legend that walked off a 29 game streak took them off the place with VIP subsequently left park. Boosts shouldn't be a thing or Gatorade tbh allows people to acquire an advantage.
